They can climb up to the Rank of Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India, Which is equivalent to the Rank of a Justice of Supreme Court of India in order of precedence.

Yes, undoubtedly! All 3 Institutes ( CA, CMA & CS ) have made Agreements/ MOUs with IGNOU ( Indira Gandhi National Open University ), New Delhi for B.Com and M.Com Programmes. After clearing Intermediate in these courses, one has to clear only 4 papers for B.com Degree and after clearing the Final Exams, one has to clear 5 papers to get M.Com.
Whereas in Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, one can get either B.Com or BBA and M.Com or MBA, with the criteria/conditions told above for IGNOU.

No! it is true only in Foundation Levels ( CA – Foundation, CMA – Foundation) but , not in Intermediate and Final levels in these all 3 professional courses. Inter and Final levels have EXEMPTIONS in all groups.
If a student fails in a group and he scores 60% or above in the remaining papers, he is EXEMPTED from Re appearing. He has to appear in both the failed one and the paper with below 60% of marks.
If a student appears for both the groups simultaneously and if he scores only 160 in one group (40% marks in each 4 paper) and scores more than 50% aggregate in another group, the excess marks will be carry forwarded/ taken into account for pass in the other group, in which the aggregate is less (less than 200).
Hence , students need not be scared with the pass and fail system in these courses; All 3 institutes have put the same Rules in this area. There is NO EXEMPTION in Foundation Level.
